Who is Alex?

Hi! I’m Alex, the founder and Chief Editor here.

I’m based right here in San Francisco, the epicenter of the global AI boom. Living here means I’m constantly surrounded by the latest tech, but I’m not a computer scientist building complex algorithms in a dark room. I’m a tech enthusiast who loves efficiency.

I’m the guy who spent years trying to optimize my own workflow. I realized that while everyone was talking about “The Future of AI,” nobody was explaining how to use it to just get home from work an hour earlier.

That’s why I built this site: to translate the tech jargon into plain English for the rest of us.

Why I Started This Blog

A few years ago, I hit a breaking point.

I was looking for a simple AI tool to help organize my notes. I Googled “Best AI Note Taker,” and the results were a mess. Every article looked the same—generic lists, clearly written by AI, recommending expensive software that didn’t even work.

I was tired of:
